I’ve been saying this for years! Thank you so much. I genuinely repost DMSV Personality Disorders, and most people don’t understand. Kudos on the article!

Read this and study it closely.

He’s in full flight from reality. I wonder how much his handlers/medical team are having to sedate him when he’s out of the public eye each day. After high stress days, especially with the Alaska meeting and today with Zelenskyy and European and UK leaders, I suspect he’ll require heavy sedation.

Look for him to also do a ton of golfing and soc media posting in the next 2 to 3 days at least.

He’s very ill, and very dangerous as the chief executive officer of the USA.

Donna - you are absolutely right, I think this is what is behind his falling asleep - he’s being medicated. Tomorrow will be a telling day - another day in a long week of high level meetings. I predict we will see yet more decompensation.

The falling asleep is more likely the dementia itself.

I agree that it’s mostly from the dementia… and he’s being medicated. Imagine how manicky and difficult to manage he’d be without some sedation.

The medication for dementia is not sedative until the end. If anything, it should cheer him up. When it works, the most it can do is slow down the progress of the disease. That’s not what we’re seeing. It may not work for everyone.

You can tell he’s losing it when he throws all the red meat into the shittersphere in the hopes of luring back the base!

He is wrong. We do mail-in ballots in the U.K. I’ve voted this way myself.

As a country, we’ve never had to document the likes of the psychologic deterioration of a high elected official using their own words and actions along with the reporting of those who experience him in person. Unprecedented, but so is genuine care for the mentally ill that has reached the present level of scientific validation as we now have. This is truly the time for a “Goldwater"-Nixon” moment and the removal of this sick person from political power. The Hobson’s choice, as painful as it might be, includes inheriting the present VP and the Project 2025 enactors in their full inglorious evil. That will be our next challenge…

Great breakdown of his coming breakdown. Is it time yet to bring up the 25th Amendment? His dwindling impulse control is not compatible with him having the nuclear codes.

Ok. So when can we expect the impending psychotic break?

How about we impeach him for treason. Congress get a damn spine

In other words, Joyce: “Oh yeah. He’s completely lost it.”

Deluded, demented DonOld.

Sanity has left the building and is running down the road tearing its clothes off, shouting: “wibble!”

Dear lord take the nuke codes away from him before he kills us all.

He cannot die soon enough.

Great, at least he doesn’t control massive amounts of nuclear weapons… oh wait!

There needs to be a campaign as mail voting is allowed in Russia and other countries. Trump has yet again beleived Putin and has embarrassed himself for not seeking the truth.

Spot on analysis. Thankyou.

I believe that the 25th Amendment calls for his Cabinet to take action. How can we count on these losers?
