Great analysis. Trump constantly engages in self aggrandisement through lying about non- existent achievements and the positive things people day to him about what wonderful things he does and he is the only one able to do such things.
There is a line in the sand between this and taking on other personas.
I think that calling himself the Messiah ( although this may have been planted in Trump by Christofascists) this steps over line into a psychotic symptom of "Delusions of Grandeur" if this was something originally stated by Trump.
Trump is exhibiting signs of perseveration. As stated here, he also appears to constantly raising what might be delusions of persecution.
I am watching out for symptoms being exhibited which indicates other signs of psychosis which may indicate a requirement for psychiatric review to ensure he is able to fulfil his position and/or is safe to hold the codes.
