Saw this coming, and it's such a Big Brother, Totalitarian overreach and infringement on what should be sacrosanct. Our PRIVATE health-care records should remain exactly that. Only our health-care providers should have access to them. By "providers" I mean physicians, hospitals and not much else. Even our insurers in my opinion have too much leeway in what they are allowed to have. Yes, we MUST fight this.

I was deeply concerned, all those years ago, when digital sharing of health records became the new normal. It was easy to see then how terribly wrong this could go; although, at that time, we were more concerned about black mkt and ID theft crimes. Not our own government.
