The Reckoning of Congress: The Epstein Files
To Every Member of Congress Who Has Not Yet Signed the Discharge Petition for the Epstein Files Transparency Act:
You have failed us. You have failed justice. You have failed the survivors.
The Khanna–Massie bill is the simplest, clearest test of moral courage you will ever face in your career. It does not ask you to raise taxes. It does not ask you to wage war. It asks only this: release the full Epstein files, unredacted except to protect victims. Shine sunlight on the truth. Let the American people see who enabled, profited, and participated in one of the darkest criminal conspiracies in modern history.
And yet, you have not signed.
Every day you remain silent, every hour you hesitate, you take the side of the abuser, not the abused. You show deference to power, not duty to people. You protect names, not victims. You preserve secrecy, not democracy.
Do not think you are invisible. The country knows exactly how many signatures are needed. The list of obstructionists is clear. When history turns its gaze on this Congress, it will not ask who spoke of “process” or “timing” — it will ask who stood with survivors, and who hid behind procedure to protect predators.
Members Who Have Signed or Publicly Committed
These are the few Representatives who have already put their names on the line:
• Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) — sponsor; leading the effort
• Rep. Ro Khanna (D-CA) — co-sponsor; pledged full support
• Rep. Nancy Mace (R-SC)
• Rep. Lauren Boebert (R-CO)
• Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA)
• All House Democrats — all 212 have expressed support
They have done what is right, despite pressure.
Members Who Have Not Yet Signed
This includes:
• Speaker Mike Johnson and House GOP leadership, who have blocked this effort
• Nebraska’s delegation — Reps. Adrian Smith, Mike Flood, Don Bacon
• Every other Republican Member of the House except the four listed above
By not signing, you are directly obstructing justice.
For Those Still Silent
You are choosing daily: silence over speech, fear over boldness, and loyalty to power over loyalty to truth. You are enabling secrecy in a case where transparency is the only legitimate standard.
The bill requires release of all Epstein files, unredacted except for victims’ names. Nobody is asking for private personal data of survivors — only the truth.
We are two signatures away from forcing a floor vote. Two.
What You Must Do
• Sign the discharge petition immediately
• State publicly that you will support the bill
• Stop hiding behind “procedure” while survivors wait
How History Will Judge You
Your name will be recorded. It will matter. The stories of survivors will not be silenced by your silence. The truth will be told — maybe not today, maybe not because of you, but it will be told. When it is, people will remember who stood, and who stayed quiet. Who chose to protect powerful men, and who chose to protect the vulnerable.
This is the reckoning. The excuses are over.
Let this moment be your defining one. Because all the excuses will mean nothing. Only your action, or your failure to act, will define you.
Call your representative. Tell them to sign the discharge petition and support the Khanna–Massie bill. No more excuses. No more cover-ups.

Trump is going to pardon Maxwell
Trump had his former lawyer Todd Blanche interview Maxwell. With the promise of being pardoned. Maxwell was instructed to say Trump never had involvement. The whole interview was designed to clear Trump from the Epstein/Trump pedophile ring. In exchange for Maxwell’s silence Trump is going to pardon her. Trump has put Maxwell in a minimum security prison to protect her for a reason.
Trump is going to have Maxwell testify before Congress to clear his name. In exchange she will be pardoned. Trump will do anything he can to clear his name. Trump is doing anything in his power to avoid the sealed Epstein/Trump files from being released.
IF EVERYONE DOES NOT MAKE THIS A BIG DEAL ITS GOING TO HAPPEN
