It’s fiction, sure. But it sells.
They’ve mastered the dark magic of storytelling—fear, grievance, nostalgia, us-vs-them. It’s visceral. Addictive. Made for TV.
Meanwhile, Democrats roll out facts, charts, carefully vetted data, and… silence.
Too often, they confuse “being right” with “being heard.”
They bring a library to a bonfire.
Democrats still believe the truth should speak for itself. But truth doesn’t scream. It doesn’t trend. It doesn’t punch through the noise unless it’s shaped—unless it’s a story.
Republicans write fiction. Democrats issue reports.
Guess which one people remember?
It’s not just about being honest—it’s about being effective.
And right now, one party is playing Game of Thrones.
The other is filing a memo.
If Democrats want to save democracy, they better start telling better stories. Before the final chapter is written without them.
