The Humiliation Ritual: Putin’s Script, Trump’s Performance, America’s Peril
The Monday speech, when Trump federalized D.C. and unleashed the National Guard on our own capital, was the opening act of the humiliation ritual. That set the stage for what followed in Alaska. Both acts flowed together as one ritual of submission—Putin as choreographer, Trump as performer, and America as the captive audience.
Everything that unfolded in Alaska yesterday—from the moment the planes touched down to the final departure—was not diplomacy. It was a ritual. Every step, every handshake, every staged optic was choreographed by Putin, designed as a calculated humiliation of the United States.
There was the red carpet—rolled out not for America, but for Putin the war criminal. The optic was unmistakable: Trump, hand extended, ushering Putin forward like an honored guest, while America’s dignity was trampled underfoot. It was the Godfather scene rewritten for geopolitics: one man murdering sovereignty abroad while another bows and blesses the betrayal at home.
There was Trump, palm up, playing his part as the submissive performer in someone else’s script.
There was Putin riding in “the Beast” alongside Trump, turning the very symbol of American power into a chauffeur for his own ritual of conquest.
The ritual ended with Putin speaking before Trump—and speaking in Russian. That alone was a statement of dominance: this was his stage, not America’s. What followed was billed as a press conference, but it was no conference at all. It was a spectacle. No questions. No accountability. Just optics. A performance of control.
But here is the truth we cannot escape: Trump is a national security emergency. He is no longer free, independent, or rational in his decisions. Putin is controlling every move Trump makes now. It is clear. And we are in danger—great danger.
Trump’s own words betrayed the script. He said he was embarrassed to be speaking in our nation’s capital, which he described as “dirty filthy scum.” On its surface, it was an attack on Washington, D.C. But the real Freudian slip came when he said he was heading to meet Putin in Russia. He wasn’t going to Russia—he was going to Alaska. That confusion, or revelation, betrayed something deeper: perhaps conditions of surrender, a deal that involved Alaska’s resources or even its territory, handed over as part of Putin’s script.
In that light, the insult to D.C. becomes something more. It was an image for the world to see—America reduced, debased, called scum by its own president on the eve of ceding power to a foreign dictator.
That same language runs through my protest anthem Dirty Filthy Scum—a song written to call out corruption, cowardice, and betrayal at the highest levels. The words aren’t just lyrics; they are a mirror to the disgrace we are living through, and a warning of the peril we face if this ritual of submission continues unchecked.
And the truth is this: we are standing on the edge of something even darker. What played out in Alaska was not only a humiliation ritual—it was a rehearsal for escalation. If this trajectory holds, we are not simply in danger. We are on the brink of World War III.

It isn’t just Putin. We also have billionaires, foreign and domestic, applauding America’s destruction by Trump. The longer it takes for him to be dethroned the more damage he can do for them. The more outrageous and ridiculous his behavior, the easier it will be for them to “rescue” America, rebuilding it their way after his inevitable implosion. And we’ll welcome them with immense gratitude because “nothing could possibly be as crazy bad as Trump.”
Trump must be removed from office immediately, by whatever means are necessary. This man is a grave danger to our country.
