The Fake 47 Series Begins
He was never supposed to hold this office again. The Constitution says so. Here’s what I’m writing about in this series.

Trump isn’t 47. He’s Fake 47—a man holding power in defiance of the Constitution, enabled by a Supreme Court that chose to sidestep enforcement rather than uphold the law.
Let’s start at the core.
Section 3 of the 14th Amendment makes this clear:
Anyone who has engaged in insurrection against the United States is disqualified from holding office.
In 2023, a Colorado judge ruled that Trump had done exactly that.
The Colorado Supreme Court agreed, finding him ineligible to appear on the 2024 ballot.
But in March 2024, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned the decision—not because they disputed Trump’s role in the insurrection, but because they claimed states don’t have the authority to enforce it.
The ruling was unanimous.
All nine justices let Trump stay on the ballot.
• The six conservatives (Roberts, Alito, Thomas, Gorsuch, Kavanaugh, Barrett) went further—declaring that only Congress can enforce Section 3 for federal candidates.
• The three liberal justices (Sotomayor, Kagan, Jackson) went along with the result but criticized the majority for overreaching and blocking enforcement mechanisms not properly argued.
None of them affirmed what the Constitution already says.
None of them said: Trump is disqualified.
Instead, they kicked the problem to a MAGA-captured Congress, knowing full well it would never act.
And they did this even though constitutional experts—J. Michael Luttig and Laurence Tribe, among others—have made it clear:
Section 3 is self-executing.
No enabling law is needed. No amendment. Just the truth—and the will to enforce it.

What I’m saying may sound outrageous.
That all nine Supreme Court justices broke their oath.
That Colorado followed the Constitution—and the Court overruled it.
But that’s what happened.
If the justices truly believed Trump was eligible, they could have said so clearly.
If they thought the Constitution needed amending, they could have said that, too.
But they didn’t.
They buried the central issue:
Did Trump engage in insurrection?
And they pretended that disqualification required a political process it simply doesn’t.

What Would Have Happened If Colorado Stood Alone
If Colorado had removed Trump from the ballot—and no other states had followed—it would have triggered a constitutional crisis.
Colorado would have followed the law.
Other states would have violated it by keeping a disqualified man on the ballot.
Trump could have been “elected” only by states that refused to enforce the Constitution.
That’s not a democracy. That’s a hijacking.
It would have called the entire Electoral College into question.
Lawsuits. Protests. Legal rebellion. Even states refusing to certify the outcome.
And yet—the Supreme Court allowed that risk to stand.
They didn’t prevent chaos.
They made it inevitable.

Impeachment Begins with Accountability
The six conservative justices—especially Alito and Thomas, already steeped in ethical breaches—used their power to shield Trump from disqualification.
And the three liberal justices, though critical, failed to dissent in a moment that demanded moral courage.
All nine failed.
All nine swore an oath to uphold the Constitution.
And all nine ignored it.
That’s not just negligence.
It’s grounds for impeachment.

A Presidency Built on Pardons and Disappearance
Trump incited the January 6 attack.
He defended it.
And he pardoned all of the participants—who are now back in circulation, largely unaccounted for.
We don’t know where they are.
We don’t know what channels they’re using.
But some now appear to be embedded in enforcement roles that don’t resemble conventional law enforcement.
They wear masks.
They don’t identify themselves.
They behave more like a militia than public servants.
Have some of them been quietly transformed into ICE agents or federal contractors?
Who is paying them—and under what authority?

The Financial Coup Is Already Underway
Trump didn’t return to power on a wave of national support.
He won by a sliver—not a landslide.
And much of that victory was backed by dark money, strategic disinformation, and a growing parallel economy.
That includes:
• DJT stock
• The $TRUMP meme coin
• His crypto platform World Liberty Financial
• And the newly launched stablecoin USD1, reportedly backed by U.S. Treasuries and foreign investment—including $2 billion from the UAE
This isn’t a campaign. It’s a replacement system—designed to weaken the dollar, redirect loyalty, and consolidate power off the books.

A Nation Drifting Apart
The Supreme Court’s refusal to enforce the 14th Amendment wasn’t an isolated failure.
It mirrors their recent evasion of birthright citizenship, too.
In both cases, the Court avoided a clear constitutional question,
Leaving a vacuum where national law should live.
It’s as if we’re dissolving into 50 different republics—each improvising legality on its own terms.
That, too, serves the strategy.
Break the system. Replace it with nothing accountable.

From Canada to Romania to Germany—and now Poland—there’s a global turn back toward democracy.

Will we defend it here?
Will we defend it soon enough?
I believe there’s a good chance Congress could flip to a Democratic majority in the midterms—
but I fear the midterms are still too far away.
I keep hearing it…
Tick. Tick. Tick.
Waiting for the other shoe to drop.
The writing on the wall.
The trap already sprung.
The fuse already lit.
That’s why I’m writing this now.
Not to scare. But not to sugarcoat either.
We are out of time for illusions.
