These are not traditional public servants; they are enablers, insiders, and operatives—figures like Pam Bondi (Attorney General), Scott Bessent (Treasury), Pete Hegseth (Defense), Kristi Noem(Homeland Security), Sergio Gor (Presidential Personnel), and of course, J.D. Vance (Vice President). Loyalty isn’t just rewarded—it’s expected. And the ultimate reward for loyalty in Trump’s world is protection—possibly in the form of a preemptive pardon.

✅ Yes. The Constitution gives the president the power to pardon anyone for federal crimes—even crimes not yet charged. There’s no requirement for a public announcement.

2. Push state-level cases.

Presidential pardons only cover federal crimes. State AGs—especially in New York, Georgia, and Arizona—can still pursue justice.

3. Support a new law.

We need a rule: all pardons must be timestamped and publicly logged within 72 hours. No more shadow immunity.

4. Spread the drawer metaphor.
