• Includes AI-generated constitutional analysis, based on law and precedent—not personal politics.
• Requires human justices to publicly address or rebut the AI’s findings—on the record.
• Is subject to transparency, audit, and civic review—by legal scholars, watchdogs, and the public.
Call it constitutional peer pressure.
Call it a fact-check with teeth.
Call it a fire under the robes.
Because right now, the Supreme Court is unaccountable.
And anything unaccountable is un-American.
