EMERGENCY: We Are in a Constitutional Crisis

The Constitution is not a suggestion. It is the supreme law of the land.

The 14th Amendment, Section 3, is not optional. It is self-executing. No vote is required. No permission slip from the Supreme Court. No delay.

Donald Trump engaged in insurrection. That alone disqualifies him. He is not eligible to run, to hold office, or to be treated as a legitimate president.

The Supreme Court must get out of the way. The Constitution does not bend to fear, party loyalty, or political convenience.

Trump is illegitimate. He is not the President.

Corruption in Congress and the Supreme Court allowed gave Trump to keys to the White House.

We cannot wait for permission to defend our democracy. We the People must rise, must act, and must demand enforcement of the law as it is written. Not as it is feared.

This is a constitutional crisis. And silence is complicity.
