Disinhibition. Dementia. Demagoguery.
When the brakes fail in the mind of a man with nuclear codes.
We don’t need a medical degree to see what’s happening. We just need eyes. Ears. Memory. And courage.
Because what we’re witnessing in Donald Trump isn’t just another round of chaos. It’s a clear psychological pattern—a progression.
Disinhibition.
Trump no longer filters his words—or his rage. What once felt calculated now feels raw. Erratic. Dangerous. He says what no leader should say out loud: personal vendettas, open threats, admissions of intent. This isn’t strategy. It’s frontal lobe failure. The part of the brain that governs impulse control, empathy, and judgment is under siege—and he’s still behind the wheel.
Dementia.
We’ve seen the signs: memory slips, name confusion, repeated stories, obsessions with past slights. He recently called Dr. Ronny Jackson—his own former physician—“Ronny Johnson.” He slurs words. He loses track of time. He obsesses over 2020 and Barack Obama like it’s still a campaign year. This isn’t just ego. This is cognitive decline in a man who never had a stable baseline to begin with.
Demagoguery.
As the mind unravels, the need for control intensifies. He turns to what’s easiest: fear, blame, and raw tribal loyalty. His rallies aren’t about policy—they’re about punishment. His speeches aren’t calls to unity—they’re revenge manifestos. He doesn’t want to lead. He wants to be obeyed.
And obedience, in the hands of a man with no internal brakes, is a national emergency.
We are not just debating policy anymore. We are managing risk.
This is the warning light on the dashboard of democracy. And if we don’t act—not just politically, but constitutionally, medically, morally—we are complicit in whatever comes next.
If you believe truth still matters, share this. Speak up. Call it what it is:
Disinhibition. Dementia. Demagoguery.
And still, they let him lead.

It’s not even 10 AM and Trump has already promised 50% tariffs on the EU and 25% tariffs on Apple. Meanwhile, Scott Bessent is on Fox lying like a rug.
Demagoguery is the use of emotional manipulation, fear, lies, and division by a political leader to gain and maintain power—usually by appealing to prejudice instead of reason.
A demagogue doesn’t lead by vision or policy. They lead by rage, blame, and scapegoats—often turning people against each other to distract from their own failures or corruption.
Classic traits of demagoguery include:
• Stirring up fear and resentment
• Targeting marginalized groups
• Promising only they can “save” the people
• Attacking the press, courts, or any accountability
• Reducing complex issues to simple slogans and enemies
